At the center of every SuiteSparc floor is a real conference room built around a 70-inch Mondopad touchscreen — a five-figure presentation system, included.
Walk in, join the room's Wi-Fi, and cast wirelessly from any laptop. No app to install, no login on the panel, nothing left behind when you leave. Annotate on the glass, run your deck, take the call.
Booked by the hour — and open to non-tenants too, so it earns its keep either way.

+ $10/mo per desk-phone extension, + $15/mo per softphone (mobile app) extension. Own business number optional.
